Contact Center Agent

Responsability: 

Contact and refer potential clients and follow up with current clients to achieve insurance packages sales by inbound and outbound calls.

Working shifts available:

  • 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Temporary Contract).  (Monday to Friday. 3 month contract available).
  • 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 pm. (Indefinite Contract ). (Monday to Friday. Various 8 hours shifts available).

Requirements:

  • College student.
  • Advanced or native English.
  • Experience in Customer Service. Previous Sales experience prefered.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Dominican resident.
